Mobility refers to the amount of usable motion that a person possesses across a joint articulation. It implies active control of the range of motion has available.

Flexibility describes how much passive range of motion a person has available. The two terms are not interchangeable.

Kinstretch®

Unlike many training systems, KINSTRETCH™ practice includes a self-assessment system that allows you to monitor your body for dysfunctions that may be putting you at an increased chance of injury, causing pain, or contributing to a loss of performance.

FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING

a system of joint health and mobility training based in scientific principles and research that I support. Simply put, the more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.
